Why this game?

Phantom Dust: Arena has been created to do the opposite that it was done by the original game.

They created Phantom Dust to bring a TCG/CCG game to XBOX, we are brining it to the real world, where it belongs.

This game aims to bring people together, as it was back in the 90s, you pick up your deck, head to a store or someone else's house, and play.

The goal

The main goal is to crete a community driven TCG/CCG game, based on Phantom Dust. Everyone can and should contribute ot its life.

Card creation, artworks, ideas and why not, advertising by word of mouth or articles online.

we aim to create a democratized game, where you do not have to spend a dime to play. No $10 packs or corporate greed, just a bunch of people, keeping a passion alive.

Obviously, you will need to print and craft everything by yourself.

Phases

We are in the pre-alpha phase of this project, rules must be adjusted, skills ported from the game, cards, play mats and other stuff has to be designed. So any help will be appreciated.

The next phase will be to create a board, where people can submit card ideas, these cards will be voted, if approved they will be added to an expansion release.

Any artwork, card, skill, will have its creator's name on it, or gamer tag or whatever.

Will we ever release physical cards?

I do not think so, this game is under copyright, everything belongs to Microsoft and we cannot make money on this.

Maybe, and this is a big MAYBE, if this becomes popular, we could be contacted and a physical game could pop up.

But this is up to the community.
